Applies to All Online & In-Person Programs, and Physical or Digital Product Sales

1. Registration & Payment (Courses)

By enrolling in a Dragon Art course, families agree to commit to the full session (or remainder if joining mid-term). Tuition is billed in full at registration unless otherwise noted. Fees are automatically prorated for mid-session sign-ups. Full payment is required to secure placement. Enrolled spots are non-transferable.

2. Order & Payment (Products)

All physical or digital products must be paid in full at checkout. We accept Stripe, Zelle (via QR code and manual confirmation), and direct bank transfer. Products will only be fulfilled after payment is confirmed.

3. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refunds

  • Courses: No refunds for missed classes or voluntary withdrawal. If a student must withdraw early, a credit may be issued (space permitting).

  • Products: All product sales are final unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival. Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Dragon Art reserves the right to cancel classes or delay product shipment due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, refunds or credits will be issued.

4. Make-Up Classes

Offered only for illness-related absences (if space allows) and must be completed within the same week. No make-ups or credits are provided for tech issues or personal conflicts.

5. Class Transfers

Course transfers are permitted (space permitting) for age-appropriate alternatives. Specialized intensives are non-transferable once begun.

6. Product Shipping & Fulfillment

For physical goods, shipping times, costs, and methods will be specified at checkout. Dragon Art is not liable for shipping delays due to courier services or customs. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.

7. Online Class & Tech Guidelines

Students must join from a quiet space with stable internet and required tools. Dragon Art is not responsible for missed sessions due to user-side tech issues.

8. Health & Safety (In-Person Only)

Dragon Art follows Massachusetts public health guidelines. Families must inform us of any medical conditions or behavioral needs before class.

9. Materials Policy

Some courses include provided materials; others require students to supply their own. Lists are sent before class. Items left behind will be held for 2 weeks.

10. Outdoor Sessions

Some programs include supervised outdoor sketching. Students must bring sun protection and appropriate attire.

11. Behavior & Participation

Dragon Art reserves the right to dismiss any student exhibiting unsafe or disruptive behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Dragon Art and Elev Creative shall not be held liable for incidental or indirect damages arising from participation or product use, including but not limited to technical failure, miscommunication, shipping issues, or voluntary withdrawal.
